Hip pain
Pain on the outside of the hip or in the buttocks, do I have a problem with the hip joint? Possibly, but probably not. Joint pain in the hip usually manifests itself with pain in the groin; it is not so common for it to radiate only towards the buttocks or to the side. So what is the problem? The hip joint, the muscles, the lumbar spine or the sacro-iliac joint (often incorrectly referred to as the SIJ - ilioscral joint)?
This is exactly what we want to find out at your first appointment. We will then come to a conclusion through questioning and findings. A muscular imbalance is often a problem with the hip, or at least plays a role. By means of exercises, but also mobilization and massage, you will become fit again step by step.
